Carbon bonded tool steel
Carbon steel is generally made of materials such as No.65 and No.75 steel, T8 and T 10. The heat treatment hardness of blades made of this material is in the range of HRC 57-59 degrees, which is suitable for recycling and shearing ordinary low-carbon cold-rolled plates, ordinary A3 plates and wastes. This is characterized by low cost and reasonable product price.
Low alloy tool
Commonly used materials of low alloy tool steel blades are: 6Crw2sI, Cr5Mo 1V, 9CrSi, Cr 12MoV, etc. The heat treatment hardness of the blade is in the range of HRC 58-62 degrees, which is specially used for shearing stainless steel, and is suitable for shearing hot-rolled plates, stainless steel and medium plates.
4cr5mosiv 1
blade
The blade materials of alloy tool steel shears are 4Cr5MoSiV 1(H 13K), 7Cr7Mo2V2Si9(LD), W6Mo5Cr4V2(6542), H 13, etc. Blades made of this material are used for hot rolling billet, hot shearing plate and so on. It is characterized by high temperature resistance and difficult annealing, and is used for hot rolling and hot shearing processes in steel mills.
