I. Pre-registration of names
Preparation materials: application for pre-approval of name, original and photocopy of operator's ID card, original and photocopy of entrusted agent's ID card, and power of attorney.
The materials are fully prepared and apply to the Administration for Industry and Commerce.
II. Individual industrial and commercial households applying for industrial and commercial registration shall submit the following documents:
Preparation materials: application for industrial and commercial registration, notice of pre-approval of name, proof of business address, original and photocopy of ID card of entrusted agent, and power of attorney.
After receiving the application for name pre-approval from the Administration for Industry and Commerce, get the Notice of Name Pre-approval, prepare all other materials and apply to the Administration for Industry and Commerce. The operator now needs to take photos for the record.
Three, complete information, in line with the statutory form, in 3 working days to the Administration for Industry and Commerce to obtain a business license.
