Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute avoidance situations listed in Article 74 of the Civil Service Law after employment, nor are they allowed to apply for positions in the selection organs with husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close relatives as leading members.

Those who are not recommended by the school shall not participate in the follow-up adjustment.

Candidates should apply according to their academic qualifications. The valid identity documents used for registration and examination must be consistent. Those who fail to fill in or provide false information as required will be disqualified.

(three) qualification examination and registration information release

(5) Examination

After the written test, the Organization Department of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee will draw the minimum qualified score line for the written test. Those who have not reached the minimum qualified score line or have reached the minimum qualified score line but are ranked lower in the positions they apply for may not participate in the follow-up interview. Persons with doctor's degrees who apply for positions in other states (cities) and counties (cities, districts) in Kunming, such as Yunnan Police Officer College and Yunnan Judicial Police Vocational College, can draw a written test score separately.
The comprehensive score is calculated as follows:

The professional ability test scores of applicants for two positions are only valid for positions that need professional ability test. After the examination, the personnel who enter the physical examination and inspection shall be determined according to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low. The newly hired Selected Graduates has a probation period of one year. (2) Candidates should truthfully fill in personal information, abide by relevant examination disciplines, and cooperate with the work of the transfer authority. Whether there are behaviors such as concealing information, impersonating, practicing fraud, and violating examination discipline. Once verified, immediately cancel its registration or transfer qualification in accordance with relevant regulations. The personnel to be employed shall sign a tripartite employment agreement within the time limit prescribed by the transfer authority. Failing to sign the agreement within the time limit shall be deemed as a waiver of Selected Graduates qualification. Those who give up their employment qualification in Selected Graduates after signing the tripartite employment agreement for college graduates shall not be terminated in principle.
(3) This transfer examination does not specify an examination counseling book, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to carry out examination counseling training. The remedial classes, counseling websites or publications held in the name of the civil service examination proposition group, the examination textbook editorial Committee and the civil service competent department have nothing to do with the competent department of this selection and transfer work.
