Xirang Electronic's contract signing is the most mature and developed electronic contract signing professional scheme in the industry. It has been approved by the relevant national authorities for the record, with time stamp and electronic seal to prevent tampering.
When the writer initiates the signing application and obtains the consent of the editorial department, the online electronic signing can be started. The specific start button is in the writing-more functions-electronic signature interface. If it is the first time to sign an electronic contract, you must first complete the real-name authentication (only once).
After the function goes online, in order to realize unified management, the editorial department will no longer implement the paper countersigning process for works that meet the requirements of electronic countersigning in principle.
The whole process can be realized through the soil assistant APP. The whole process is divided into five steps: bank card information registration, identity information registration, real-name authentication and verification, user online signing, and website verification and filing.
Matters needing attention
1. In the real-name authentication stage, 18 national bank card must be selected, with priority given to the five state-owned banks of industry, agriculture, China, construction and communications.
2. The names of relevant branches must be filled in correctly. If you are not clear, you must log in to the personal online banking to inquire or consult the bank counter to avoid not getting the manuscript fee.
