Responsibilities and functions of government service center:

3, responsible for the supervision, management and coordination of the implementation process of government services and public services of various departments (units) and enterprises that enter the government service center, organize various windows to handle all kinds of government services and public services efficiently and quickly according to law, and seriously answer the public's consultation on related issues;
4. Contact and communicate with the person in charge of the window unit in time to reflect the work and business conditions of the staff of the window unit;
5, responsible for the management and assessment of the window unit staff entering the government service center;
6, to assist the relevant departments to deal with the masses' complaints about the service quality of window units and staff and related issues;
7. Responsible for the construction of smart government affairs, promote the integration of online government affairs hall and entity government affairs hall, guide all functional departments to carry out online examination and approval on the "comprehensive online government affairs service platform of the autonomous region", and accelerate the pace of "Internet+government affairs service" construction in our city;
8, responsible for the business coordination, guidance and supervision of government service sub-centers and township (community) grass-roots government service centers;
9. Be responsible for the overall operation of the "12345" public service hotline;
10, responsible for coordinating the work related to the construction of smart cities;
