Kohler Human Resources Company. B (salary and benefits. Welfare) Intern interview record

Interview feelings:

1. It is very important to make full preparations in advance. Try to prepare some questions that may be asked frequently. For example, when I introduce myself skillfully in English, my spoken English will enter a state, and then my English conversation will not be particularly tense, and I will play much better.

2. Be emotionally stable and don't get too excited. Psychological repair before the interview is very useful. In addition, a proper smile is very beneficial. It not only conveys the message that you are not nervous, but also eases the whole interview atmosphere.

3. Be yourself and express your thoughts boldly. Talk to others more at ordinary times and talk about your own views, which can exercise your expression ability.

Develop the habit of thinking more and asking more questions, which not only cultivates insight, but also improves the ability of analysis and thinking.

Compared with my interview records six months ago, although there are still many questions to be improved in this interview, some questions are not to the point, and some questions can be answered better, which reflects my ability more, but overall, I think my thoughts are still relatively mature. What I saw, heard, thought and did in Hongren improved my analytical and thinking abilities. Thanks to Simon's "brainwashing", thanks to the sharing and help of old classmates such as Sister Mirror, Brother Chen, Sister Dong and Sister Sijia, and thanks to the encouragement and growth of every member of the job search team. Hong people really make people grow by leaps and bounds and adapt to the workplace as soon as possible. Members of the Red Man, whether old players or our children, are competitive among their peers. We should have confidence because we have the best resources and friends around us. Help each other and strive for perfection. I wish you all a smooth first step in your career!

The following is a complete interview record, which is quite long. If you are interested, you can sweep it:)

After I was led into the office, no one came to talk to me, so I did psychological repair for a while. The office is facing the Oriental Pearl, and it feels super good. I think I have to work here ...)

1. Introduce yourself

I asked whether to use Chinese or English, and she said it would be English, so the following are all English conversations.

2 minutes self-introduction, mainly about study, internship and hobbies.

2. Can you tell me more about your experience in Alcatel?

I am mainly responsible for staff training and business trips abroad. The training is divided into three stages. Before training, I need to inform the relevant employees of the training information and let them fill in the training application form and plan. I will confirm with them the day before the training and remind them to attend the training. Collect training feedback form and write training report after training. Traveling abroad is mainly to prepare materials and help employees apply for passports and visas.

Is your HR in charge of the factory? (I don't remember the question clearly here. Anyway, the main question is the HR structure of the company. )

Actually, our HRD is divided into two parts. On one side of the road is the administration building, which is the headquarters of HR. I am on the production platform, that is, the production line. The production platform has an HR director, and there are six HR line managers below. I am an intern under one of the managers, so my job is often the communication between the headquarters and the production platform.

4. What is the salary and benefits of Alcatel?

Six line managers are responsible for different functions. My manager is mainly responsible for training. Everyone is in different offices, so communication is not very convenient. I don't know much about that area. I think this is also a disadvantage of big companies.

5. Do you know anything about wages and benefits?

I think salary management can be divided into two levels. From a higher level, it is mainly the design and formulation of salary policy, which is mainly strategic, while the lower level is mainly responsible for implementation, including the payment and adjustment of salary.

6. Do you think C & Are you interested in B (salary and benefits)?

This is one of my most interesting pieces, but because my understanding of it only stays at the level of book knowledge, internship is training, and I have never actually operated the salary and welfare, so I hope I can really verify my interest in this area through this opportunity of actual contact with salary and welfare management.

7. (At this time, she asked questions in Chinese, and I also answered them in Chinese, so all the subsequent conversations were in Chinese. Why did you apply for biological science at that time?

I hoped to engage in environmental protection at that time. The college entrance examination consultation saw this major and took the exam. However, after studying for several years, I found that this major focuses on theory and tends to engage in scientific research in the laboratory, which is not the same as my original intention, so I decided to turn to it as soon as possible.

8. What do you want to do after that?

Human resources (department)

9. Why?

I went through several steps to make this decision. First of all, I found some career planning instructions, did some small tests, analyzed my advantages and disadvantages and personality characteristics according to these past experiences, and felt that I was quite suitable for this paper industry. Then I asked some brothers and sisters who have been in this line to know what HR does and what it is like. After all, they already have work experience. Then I tried to find an internship in this direction. I felt very happy during my internship, so I strengthened my choice. It was because I was interested in this direction that I signed up for this training later.

10. So you gave up your original major?

That's not true. In fact, if you think about it carefully, biology and HR still have a lot in common. For example, molecules in organisms form cells, then go to tissues and organs, and finally form individuals. It's like every employee of a company forms a different department and eventually forms the whole company. The whole organizational structure is the same.

1 1.(JJ laughs) This theory is very new. So what did you learn in your major study?

These three years of study have really improved a lot of abilities:

1. Learning ability. Because our professional study task is very heavy, we need to finish eating a lot of books of this thickness in one semester, many of which are in the original English. How to master so much knowledge in a short time? I have explored a good learning method myself: make an outline, condense a book into several sheets of paper, leave the knowledge skeleton in my mind, fill in other details, locate the contents involved in the topic in my mind during the exam, and then call up relevant knowledge to answer questions. This process of information processing, storage and extraction has proved to be a good learning method.

2. Analytical ability. We have many experiments, and each experiment will have some abnormal phenomena and data. When writing the experimental report, we need to analyze and list all possible reasons. After several years of training, my analytical ability has been greatly improved.

12. How can we find pleasure in studying so hard?

In fact, although theoretical study is a bit boring, this major can study a lot of things related to itself and know how each part of itself works. People are always curious about themselves, so there will be a mixed feeling of novelty and fear when learning, which makes the learning process very special. In addition, this major has a lot of hands-on content, so it is quite interesting. In addition, there are many organisms related to daily life, especially microorganisms. For example, I know which bacteria are in yogurt and how to make wine. It becomes interesting when theoretical knowledge is connected with daily life.

13. What do you think is the difference between biology and medicine?

Medical research is mainly aimed at and serves human beings. Although biology is partly aimed at human beings, it also studies others, including animals and plants. It covers the whole ecosystem and has a wider scope.

14. How do you think your college study will help your work?

As I said just now, training my ability will be helpful to my work, and other knowledge related to daily life will also be helpful to my work.

15. Did you encounter any difficulties in your internship? How to solve it?

There must be difficulties. At first, I didn't get used to it. I haven't adapted to the working state yet, and I'm a little procrastinating. Then I communicated with the manager. She taught me to be aware of my dual identity and be responsible when working in the company, especially in HR, because I work for other departments, so the delay in work may affect the normal operation of other departments (and then gave an example of applying for going abroad). Communication with the boss and your own efforts can solve the problem.

How are your extracurricular activities? For example, what club do you join?

I am mainly joining a club now, and I have done several things so far (and then described the things of forming a team, being the leader of a monthly class and doing electronic magazines).

17. You talked about Hongren, where you recommended your resume. Can you talk about what kind of organization Hongren is?

It mainly helps students in school and graduates who have just worked to guide career planning and help them go more smoothly and further in the process of career development.

18. What's the job hunting situation of this year's graduates?

Not so good. Some students majoring in economics and management may be prepared from freshman year and have more internship experience, so they will relax now. Some students may only target investment banks and the Big Four, but for us, including comrades sent by counselors, the employment situation is very tight this year. Nowadays, many college students will not say "choosing a job", but only "employment". Everyone's mentality began to decline, and few people were qualified to find their favorite jobs. Everyone has worked hard and found jobs. Don't lose your job as soon as you graduate.

19. (I also asked some details such as working hours)

20. My question is almost here. Let me introduce our company. Barabara ... is there anything you don't know that you need to ask me?

As an intern, you are most concerned about two issues. One is whether you have a chance to stay, as you said just now. If you are excellent, you will start training as an intern. Then the remaining problem is the treatment during my internship. I don't know what kind of situation it is.

(Bala Bala talks for a while)

English and Chinese chatted for an hour. Later, JJ said that this position does not require high oral English, but it requires high English reading and writing ability, so it is necessary to do a test. After that, I will get a paper, and the time will be controlled from 1H to1.5h.

The test paper is divided into five major questions: the first major question is an article the size of A4 paper, and then 12 is a multiple-choice question, which is relatively simple about fitness business. The second big question is cloze. I don't know what to say after reading it for the first time. At the beginning of the second time, I finally understood that what the article said was a new method to clean seabirds polluted by oil spill. I'm not sure if it's good. The third big question is sentence checking, that is, according to the previous sentence, choose the next sentence with correct logic. It's an article about suicide, which is a bit tricky. The fourth topic is Chinese-English translation, which is a promotion announcement. The fifth topic is English translation, which seems to be about the reform of Kohler magazine.

1H that's it. I checked it and handed it in. HR will review it on the spot, and inform me to go to the second floor the next day after a quarter of an hour.

165438+14:30 pm on October 2.

I changed my penis yesterday, the supervisor of that penis. She is very capable and professional, which is my favorite style. I wanted to be her subordinate at that time. ...

1. (In order to relax me, he talked to me with a smile. ) Are there any classes at school today?

I just came here after the exam ... (She talked about her senior life and then started to get down to business)

2. What is the usual analysis?

Not too much, but we have experiments every week, and the results will be analyzed and discussed after each experiment.

3. What's it like to draw with a pile of data?

It may be a little big at first, because I'm not used to it, but I think it's a great sense of accomplishment to find patterns from a pile of data and mine the information in the data.

4. Does your major involve this aspect?

In fact, there is a branch of our biology department that is bioinformatics, and one of the most important research contents is data mining. Biological experiments will produce a lot of data, and our task is to find the needed information from a lot of data and refine it into theory.

5. What are you doing in Alcatel? (I described it again) You already have an internship. Do you still have time to practice here?

Because I don't think I have much room for development there, and although I have the opportunity to stay in the future, I may not be in the HR department, but I will work as a clerk in other departments. I want to come here because I can get in touch with the salary and benefits here and learn new things. If I can practice here, I will give up practicing there.

6. Do you want to stay after the internship?

Not necessarily. But I will feel better if I know that I can stay through my own efforts. After all, I have the opportunity to pursue HR direction after graduation.

7. Do you think your internship is HR? I think it seems to be biased towards Admin, too?

Training is still a module of HR, so what I do in this respect is still related to HR. As an intern, I will definitely do a lot of basic work at first, which is a bit like administration.

8. What do you think HR does?

I think we should talk about it in stages. At the beginning, the operation was mainly based on the logistics department. After a long time and more experience, it will gradually involve some strategic issues, such as the formulation of salary policies and so on.

9. Will you apply for the Big Four?

I have never considered the Big Four. Because I think it is blind for many students to apply for the big four, because there are no professional restrictions on the big four, and the starting salary of fresh graduates is relatively high, so many students are rushing to vote for the big four. I was confused when I was a junior. When you know what you are suitable for and what you want, your goals will be clearer and you will not act rashly.

10.MT? There are many people recruiting sales and marketing MT now.

I laughed because I didn't know how to answer, but her supplement reminded me of the answer. ) Yes, but most of them are for sales &; Marketing is still inconsistent with my career goals.

1 1. So you decided to do HR?

be

12. Is your English good (see my answer sheet)

It may be the atmosphere of the whole department, because many students want to go abroad and pay special attention to English learning, so they will learn more English from them.

13. What is the future of your department after graduation?

About half of the people in our department apply to go abroad, and there are some graduate students, few of whom are looking for jobs.

14. What is the best department in your school?

department of journalism

15. But not every journalism graduate can find a good job?

Yes, but news is the most famous. In fact, when you applied for a university, you didn't really know much about it. If you are famous, you can take the exam, so students will be better.

16. Which department is better in terms of employment prospects?

I think we should talk about it from two aspects. If you want to enter the company and finally do management, then the major of economic management is a better choice. If you are suitable for technology, then from the current situation, software engineering is the best, with high employment rate and generally higher salary. In fact, the average salary of Fudan graduates is pulled up by this major.

17. I basically have no more questions. Do you have any unclear questions?

I just asked C & What do I mainly do in this respect?

She gave a detailed answer. In her answer, she always stressed that the intern's work is very basic, and she felt as if she was helping me to take precautions and prepare for my thoughts. Then, if you do well and have the ability, you will really be admitted to the C & ampb door, which determines how much salary a person can get after promotion, and makes different welfare plans according to the needs of different employees, and so on. It is also said that human resources mainly include training, staffing (recruitment) and the development of C & organizations.

Then I asked whether performance management was managed by this department alone or linked with C & ampb, so it merged with our department. She told me a lot more, telling me that the company's HR system is still very complete, there are many softwares in the system, and there are many things to learn.

After about 20 minutes, the conversation ended. Before I left, I asked the name of that JJ, and then asked me when I could know the result.

I got a call on Friday saying that they had decided to take me.
