4. Parents of demobilized cadres have no children, or their spouses are only children, and their parents or spouses have permanent residence in Guangzhou; Unmarried demobilized cadres whose parents have permanent residence in Guangzhou; Unmarried or divorced demobilized military cadres who are stationed in Guangzhou and meet the conditions for their spouses to be placed with the army according to their married status;

5. Both parents or one parent is a soldier, who has worked in remote and hard areas (remote areas of Category I, II, III, IV, V and VI as defined in document 6 1 of the Ministry of People's Republic of China (PRC), and islands of Category I and II as defined in document the State Council 1989) for 10 years.

6. The spouse, parents or spouse's parents and children have permanent residence in Guangzhou and have one of the following conditions: self-employed (length of military service must be 20 years old); In remote and hard areas (the scope is the same as above) or engaged in flight and ship work for 10 years; Won the third-class merit in wartime, and won the second-class merit in peacetime; Disabled by the war.

9. Demobilized cadres with nationally recognized doctoral degrees or senior professional and technical positions accepted by units in Guangzhou and approved by the provincial army transfer office;

10 spouses of demobilized cadres are introduced to Guangzhou as talents and have obtained permanent residence in Guangzhou, which meets one of the following conditions:

The spouse has been employed in a professional and technical post at or above the intermediate level in Guangzhou;

The spouse is a nationally recognized master's degree or above;

The spouse is a manager at or above the division level in Guangzhou.

According to the above conditions, demobilized cadres who can be resettled in Conghua and Zengcheng can only be resettled in the above two cities according to the principle of territorial resettlement.

In any of the following circumstances, you cannot enter Guangzhou for resettlement:

1 Unplanned handover;

2. The resettlement conditions of other cities in Guangdong Province refer to the Interim Measures for Resettlement of Demobilized Military Cadres (Zhong Fa [20065438+0] No.3), Opinions on Further Improving the Resettlement of Demobilized Military Cadres (Zhong Fa [2007] No.8) and Conditions for Receiving Demobilized Military Cadres in Guangdong Province.

1 Demobilized cadres whose spouses work in Guangdong Province and have permanent residence in Guangdong Province belong to talent introduction. Those who meet one of the following conditions can be placed in places where their spouses have permanent residence. First, the spouse has been employed as a professional and technical post at or above the intermediate level; Second, the spouse is a master's degree or above recognized by the state; Third, the spouse is a manager at or above the division level.

2. Demobilized cadres choose their own jobs and settle in Guangdong Province. Spouses, parents or spouses' parents and their children's permanent residence after February 2004 will not be accepted for resettlement.

Where the spouses, parents or spouses' parents and their children's permanent residence of demobilized cadres purchase houses, enter households through abnormal channels or take refuge in households, all localities and cities have restrictive measures. Shenzhen also stipulates that spouses of demobilized cadres must have a permanent residence in Shenzhen for one year before marriage.

3. Notice on Issues Concerning the Resettlement of Demobilized Military Cadres in Guangdong Province (Guangdong Army [2004] No.26) stipulates that:

The resettlement areas in Guangdong Province are mainly divided into provinces and 2 1 cities. At present, some cities in Guangdong Province ("Pearl River Delta" and Qingyuan, Shaoguan and Zhanjiang) grant differential subsidies to demobilized cadres who choose their own jobs in addition to implementing relevant policies of the central government. Differential subsidies are mainly divided into two forms. The cities in Guangdong Province are strict in auditing the files of demobilized cadres, and there are two points to be noted: First, demobilized cadres with "dual track system" must fill out the Report Form for Examination and Approval of Demobilized Cadres according to the handover method, and it is not allowed to have both administrative and technical positions in the post column.
