Steel, cement, bricks and waterproof materials are not allowed to be used in the project until they are sampled by the supervisor and sent to a qualified testing institution for re-inspection. We witnessed the sampling: (1) reinforcing bar Ф 6.5 ~ Ф 25 for 59 times, flash butt welding for 6 times, taper thread for 9 groups, electric welding and pressure welding for 16 times, hollow brick for 6 times, sintered brick for 3 times, face brick and rubber waterstop for 1 time, and sand and gravel for 3 times. Materials that have not been submitted for inspection or failed to pass the inspection are not allowed to be used in the project. We witnessed the production of 60 concrete test blocks and 60 mortar test blocks, and we also checked the certificates of various raw materials, accessories and equipment used in hydropower installation projects.
6. Do a good job of rechecking the measuring and setting-out results. Check the positioning, elevation, axis, template size, elevation size of reserved windows and doors, and pipeline laying of water, electricity and sanitation projects respectively, and make records.
7. Strictly implement the patrol station and parallel detection system. In the process of structural concrete construction of the whole project, we all use the on-site station to effectively control the quality of concrete pouring and the protective layer of steel bars. The "quality inspection" of each working procedure of concealed works adopts the methods of parallel inspection and on-site inspection, and can only be used or entered into the next working procedure after meeting the requirements of design and construction acceptance specifications and mandatory standards. We conducted the 3 15 parallel inspection and filled in the inspection records carefully. We found that the construction unit violated the mandatory standards and did not meet the construction quality acceptance specifications, and we took effective measures to stop and correct them. During the whole process, we issued 12 quality improvement notices. 19 copies are safe. After rectification, the construction of the next working procedure can only be carried out after the supervision has passed the acceptance.
8. Hold an on-site meeting. We have a regular meeting on the construction site once a week. We check the progress and quality of last week's project, the implementation of the matters solved at the last meeting, and put forward opinions on the plans and requirements for next week. Various issues were also coordinated at the meeting, and important coordination matters were reported to the client in advance. After the meeting, the Ministry of Supervision timely sorted out the minutes of the meeting. The whole project held 40 regular site meetings and 5 special meetings.
9. Earnestly do a good job in the acceptance of inspection lots, sub-projects, sub-projects and unit projects: The supervisor will re-examine sub-projects, sub-projects and concealed projects on the basis that the construction unit has passed the self-inspection, and verify the quality grade of sub-projects according to design drawings, national standards, quality evaluation standards and relevant regulations. 10. Project cost control: We timely check the completed project measurement according to the contract, so as to avoid the passive situation of admitting the completed project quantity without the approval of the supervisor, and strictly implement the fund visa. All visas involving capital expenditure, such as suspension visa, employment visa, use of machinery visa, material substitution, material price adjustment, etc. , will eventually be approved by the project chief supervision engineer and submitted to Party A for approval. Regularly report the investment trends to the owner and the company in the form of monthly supervision report. All kinds of visas are authorized by Party A according to the contract requirements. In the process of project construction, the monthly project progress payment shall be paid after being reviewed and confirmed according to the project quality measurement.
