Changzhou Liu Haisu Art Kindergarten is the first public preschool education group established in Zhonglou District of Changzhou with the mode of "government sponsorship, group management and brand export", including Liu Haisu Art Kindergarten Wujiachang Garden, Xiangjiang Huating Garden and Fengyi Kindergarten. Liu Haisu Children's Art Education Group, which is characterized by art education, has assembled a school scale of two parks and three sites, with more than 1000 children in the park. The predecessor of Liu Haisu Fine Arts Kindergarten was Wujiachang Kindergarten, and 1998 successfully changed its name after becoming a master. In 2006, it became one of the first four characteristic kindergartens in Changzhou, and in 2007, it became a provincial quality kindergarten. The Zhonglou District Party Committee and the District Government invested more than 5.5 million yuan to build a branch of Liu Haisu Fine Arts Kindergarten in Hua Ting Community of Xiangjiang River. The sub-park enrolled more than 0/00 students in the first phase this fall, and borrowed the address of Wujiachang Park to go to school. After the branch park is completed, all the children will move into Xiangjiang New Hua Ting Garden in the near future.
