He thinks he has a heart attack, or he thinks he has a peptic ulcer, or he thinks he has a brain tumor, or he may think there is something wrong with his endocrine. In fact, he is often a physiological reaction caused by anxiety. He went to check and found that he had no organic lesions at all. These departments turned around and were finally transferred to our psychiatric department for treatment. When we did some treatment for his mood, we found that all the symptoms disappeared. So this is what we call anxiety symptoms, which will bring many physical reactions. Often we need to treat emotions, not physical diseases.
The physical manifestations of patients with anxiety disorder may have the following aspects: 1. Nervous system Headache, dizziness or often feel very dizzy; 2. Digestive system. Loss of appetite, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and diarrhea; 3. circulatory system. Palpitation, chest tightness, chest pain, etc. 4. Urinary system. Frequent urination, urgency, etc. Some patients also have fidgeting, limb trembling and muscle stiffness.
