Functions and tasks of the Development Research Center of Guangdong Provincial People's Government

The Development Research Center of Guangdong Provincial People's Government is a public institution directly under the Guangdong Provincial Government engaged in comprehensive policy research and decision-making consultation. The main responsibility is to study the overall, comprehensive, strategic and long-term issues in the national economy, social development and reform and opening up, and provide decision-making consultation and policy suggestions for the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government. Its main tasks are:

First, organize and coordinate relevant research forces to study major issues, hot and difficult issues in the development of the province, and provide decision-making consultation and policy suggestions for the provincial party Committee and government;

The Development Research Center of Guangdong Provincial People's Government is a well-known government policy research and consulting institution in the province. There are many well-known experts and high-quality professional researchers in the fields of macroeconomics, development strategy and regional economy, industrial economy and industry, rural economy, foreign economic relations, social development, enterprise reform and development, finance and taxation, and there are many advisory members, expert members and entrepreneur members of the provincial government expert advisory Committee.
