The "Measures" clarify that the industries that can apply for subsidies are infrastructure construction such as urban roads, water supply, drainage, gas supply, heating, sewage and garbage disposal; Maintenance of municipal public facilities; Construction of towns, market towns (townships) and villages; Formulation of seismic standards and technical research, earthquake damage investigation, emergency assessment, appraisal and reinforcement of housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects, and seismic fortification management of new projects; Research projects and demonstration projects related to building science and technology, building energy conservation and green building, development and application of new technologies, new materials and new processes in the construction industry; Inspection and acceptance, project review, evaluation and appraisal, publicity and training, information construction, large-scale promotion, etc. Related to building technology, building energy saving and green building; Civil building energy consumption statistics, energy efficiency evaluation, energy consumption monitoring, etc. ; Existing residential building heating metering and energy-saving renovation projects; Project evaluation, inspection and acceptance, research, publicity and training and information construction related to urban and rural construction; Other matters determined by the provincial party committee and government.
