3. Construct a four-level mental health education network in schools, secondary colleges, classes and dormitories to solve students' psychological puzzles or problems from different levels and sides in time.
4. Organize the training of psychological counseling teachers, counselors and class psychological committee members, guide the college to carry out mental health education activities and counseling, and establish extensive contacts with the college and relevant departments.
5. Follow-up counseling, psychological crisis intervention and suicide prevention for students with key psychological problems.
