Dongjiang River in Fengshuba, Longchuan County, Guangdong Province is formed by the confluence of the main stream Xunwu Water (the east source) and the tributary Dingnan Water (also known as Beiling Water and Xiyuan Jiuqu Water). Xunwu water flows from the source of Yaojibo Mountain, through the water sources in Xunwu County, Chengjiang, Jitan, Wenfeng, Nanqiao, Liu Che and Long Ting, into Xiaozhai, Dutianhe and Fengshuba reservoirs in Xingning, Guangdong, and flows into Dongjiang. The length of Xunwu territory 106.5 km. According to the expert investigation team organized by Jiangxi Science and Technology Department on June 27th, 2004, the source of Dongjiang River is Santong River in Xunwu, which is located on the south side of Yaochi Boshan and originated from Yaochi Boshan. Therefore, Yaochi Boshan is the birthplace of Dongjiang for the first time. On August 6th, 2002, Liu Zhaolun, former vice minister of water resources, director of the first Pearl River Water Conservancy Committee and director of the Pearl River Records Compilation Committee, wrote an inscription: "Jibo Mountain at the source of Dongjiang River" and "Sanbiao Township in Xunwu, Jiangxi Province, the first township at the source of Dongjiang River". On September 25th, 2002, it was inscribed "The Source County of Dongjiang River-Xunwu County, Jiangxi Province".
