After the recent upgrade of WeChat, all service numbers have turned on the message Do Not Disturb by default, which will lead to no pop-up notice when customers consult, so the message bar will not be displayed. You can click on the portrait in the upper right corner in the information sending interface of WeChat official account, click on the three points in the upper right corner in the homepage introduction interface of WeChat official account, and click Settings in the pop-up options.
