Rule number one In order to standardize the enrollment work, improve the quality of students, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates, and ensure the smooth enrollment work, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual situation of our school.
Article 2 School enrollment shall follow the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, and implement the relevant provisions of the enrollment policies and articles of association formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). Admission is based on the results of the national college entrance examination or the "three-school students" entrance examination organized by Yunnan Province, and is based on the principle of comprehensive measurement, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) admissions authorities, discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all walks of life.

Article 4 Mountain College shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, which shall be responsible for implementing the relevant enrollment policies of the higher authorities, formulating the enrollment regulations of the school, determining the enrollment scale and adjusting the professional enrollment plan, and deliberating and deciding on major issues in enrollment work. The enrollment leading group is headed by the principal, and the vice president in charge of teaching and enrollment is the deputy head. Article 6? The enrollment work of Wenshan University is carried out under the supervision of the school discipline inspection commission.

Article 7? According to the relevant work requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, the school adheres to the principle of overall arrangement, comprehensive balance and rational allocation of school resources according to the needs of social and economic development and the orientation of running a school, combines the actual situation of the school's talent training objectives and school conditions, and comprehensively considers the number of candidates in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the quality of students, the employment situation of graduates of various majors and other factors, and determines the school's provincial and professional plans, which will be promulgated and implemented by the provincial admissions authorities after approval by the Ministry of Education.

1. For the candidates who enter the file, the majors are ranked from high to low according to the candidates' first major. After the first major volunteer arrangement, if any major is not full, the major will be arranged from high to low according to the second major volunteer order, and so on until all majors are arranged.
2. There are no grades for professional volunteers.
3. If the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not satisfied, the candidates who obey the professional adjustment will be transferred to an incomplete major, and the candidates who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
4. In the same filing batch, there are candidates with the same professional volunteers and filing scores, that is, the total cultural score+care score is the same, and candidates with lower care scores are preferred.
5. If the care scores are the same, compare the scores of culture, Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive (literature, science) and foreign languages item by item from high to low, and arrange the priority according to the comparison results.
6. In the high-tech comprehensive reform provinces, the school ranks the scores of candidates who have entered the file according to the requirements of the province of origin, and the admission principle is the same as 1-5.
Article 14 Art majors in our school adopt comprehensive sorting and merit-based admission, and the admission rules are as follows:
1. Recognize the professional score line of this major (or specialized course) in the enrollment province.
2. In the case of both cultural and professional achievements, the comprehensive score is calculated according to the calculation method of total cultural score (including care score), full cultural score ×50+ full professional score ×50, and the comprehensive score is selected from high to low.
3. Candidates with the same comprehensive scores will be given priority to those with higher professional scores.
4. Candidates with the same professional scores will be selected according to their total cultural scores (including care scores).
5. If the total cultural scores (including care points) are the same, they will be sorted according to the care points, and the candidates with lower care points will be given priority.
6. If the care scores are the same, compare the scores of Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive and foreign languages item by item from high to low, and arrange the priority according to the comparison results.
7. In the provinces where the comprehensive grading system is implemented for art students, the school ranks the comprehensive scores of candidates according to the requirements of the provinces where students come from, and the admission principle is the same as 1-6.
Fifteenth physical education majors in our school adopt the way of professional sorting and merit-based admission. The admission rules are as follows:
1. Recognize the professional score line of this major (or specialized course) in the enrollment province.
2. In the case that the cultural and professional achievements are up to standard, candidates who enter the archives will be selected according to their professional achievements from high to low.
3. Candidates with the same professional scores will be selected according to their total cultural scores (including care scores).
4. If the total cultural scores (including care points) are the same, they will be sorted according to the care points, and the candidates with lower care points will be given priority.
5. If the care scores are the same, compare the scores of Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive and foreign languages item by item from high to low, and arrange the priority according to the comparison results.
6. In the provinces that implement the comprehensive scoring system for sports specialty students, the school ranks the comprehensive scores of candidates according to the requirements of the provinces of origin, and the admission principle is the same as 1-5.
Sixteenth candidates who apply for English major in our school must take a unified oral English test and pass it. Under the same conditions, those with higher scores in written and spoken English are preferred. English majors only recruit English language candidates, and other majors are not limited to foreign languages when enrolling students. After freshmen enter school, English, Vietnamese and Thai are offered as foreign languages for students to choose from.
Article 17? Students who apply for the "Three Schools" in our school must take the cultural quality examination and skill examination organized by Yunnan Provincial Admissions Examination Institute. The score of "cultural quality+professional skills" has reached the minimum control score of the same batch of graduates from secondary vocational schools in Yunnan Province, and the candidates' files are selected from high score to low score after admission.
Article 18? In the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination is implemented, our school recognizes the requirements and filling rules of the selected subjects, and the requirements and admission principles of the selected subjects are implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the requirements and admission rules formulated by our school.
Article 19 Candidates applying for preparatory courses for ethnic minorities in our school must conform to the national enrollment policy for preparatory courses for ethnic minorities.
Article 20? The admission of "undergraduate" and "preparatory course" in our school is implemented in accordance with the documents issued by Yunnan Provincial Department of Education and Yunnan Provincial Admissions Examination Institute.
Article 21? After the candidates admitted by our school are confirmed by the recruitment agencies of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the results will be announced by the recruitment agencies of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and our school will send the admission notice according to the address filled in by the candidates.
Chapter V Expenses and Subsidies

(2) Higher vocational (three-year system) tuition: 5,000 yuan/year for literature and history, science and engineering, and arts and sciences.
(3) Five-year college tuition: free tuition for the first three years in secondary vocational schools, and 4,000 yuan/year in higher vocational schools for the last two years.
(4) Accommodation fee

2. The minority preparatory course (undergraduate course) teaching area is located in the minority preparatory course base of Yunnan University for Nationalities, No.2929 Yuehua Street, Chenggong District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. Accommodation for four people 1200 yuan/year, six people in 800 yuan/year and eight people in 450 yuan/year.
3. The teaching area of higher vocational education (three-year system) is in Wenshan Vocational Education Park, Chengnan District, wenshan city City, Yunnan Province, and the accommodation fee is 400 yuan/year.
4. There are two five-year junior college secondary vocational schools, namely Wenshan Health School (nursing joint school) and Wenshan National Vocational and Technical School (preschool education joint school and nonferrous metal intelligent metallurgical technology joint school). The teaching areas of both schools are in Wenshan Vocational Education Park in the south of wenshan city, Yunnan Province, and the accommodation fee is 400 yuan/year.
Article 23? In order to help students from poor families successfully complete their studies, the school has set up national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, provincial government scholarships, provincial government inspirational scholarships, Wenshan College scholarships, and Wenshan College freshmen's "Principal Special Award" according to regulations. New students from poor families register for school and open a "green channel" to help students from poor families complete their studies.
Chapter six? Graduation certificates and degree certificates
Article 24? Students who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the study period stipulated by the school shall be awarded the graduation certificate of Wenshan ordinary colleges and universities; Those who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded the bachelor's degree certificate of undergraduate graduates of general higher education.

Article 25? Freshmen admitted to our school must report to the school on time with the admission notice and go through the admission formalities. Those who are unable to report on time for some reason should ask for leave from the college to which their major belongs. After approval, the registration can be postponed for no more than two weeks. Those who fail to report without asking for leave or after asking for leave shall be deemed to have voluntarily waived their admission qualification, except for justified reasons such as force majeure. After the new students enter the school, the school will review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations. Those who fail to pass the examination will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations until their admission qualifications are cancelled.
Article 26? After entering the school, freshmen who meet the requirements for changing majors can apply for it themselves. After the school has passed the examination, you can change your major.

Article 28? Matters not covered in the Articles of Association shall be implemented according to the Provisions of the Ministry of Education on the Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in 2022 and the provisions of the enrollment management departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
Article 29? In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and the national laws and regulations or the policies of the superior departments, the national laws and regulations and the policies of the superior departments shall prevail.
Article 30? The Articles of Association are applicable to the full-time education enrollment of Wenshan University, and the Admissions Office of Wenshan University is responsible for the interpretation.
