4. Can single families buy affordable housing?
A: Single families can buy it. However, in order to spend the limited financial resources on the most needy families, according to the usual practice and referring to the practices of other cities, only singles over 35 years old can buy affordable housing.
5. What are the existing houses?
Answer: Including housing reform, fund-raising for housing construction, rented public housing, private housing (commercial housing, inherited housing, donated housing, housing for demolition and resettlement) and housing that originally received monetary compensation for demolition and resettlement. Families who have participated in welfare housing allocation may not purchase affordable housing before returning the allocated housing. Families who have rented public houses must withdraw from public houses in order to buy affordable housing. Private housing and the original housing with monetary compensation for demolition, the per capita housing construction area must be less than 12 square meters before purchasing affordable housing.
6. How to calculate the current building area?
Answer: If there is a house ownership certificate, the registered area shall prevail; If there is a demolition and resettlement agreement, the agreed area shall prevail; If there is no real estate license or resettlement agreement, the applicant shall entrust a legally recognized surveying and mapping institution to conduct on-the-spot measurement, and the construction area certificate issued by the surveying and mapping institution shall prevail.
7. How to punish those who resort to deceit and cheat to buy affordable housing?
A: According to Article 34 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Affordable Housing in Tai 'an City, the municipal real estate management department will give a warning and order the house to be returned within a time limit if the house is purchased by fraud, concealment of family income and housing conditions.
