Decision on the detailed rules for the implementation of the law on the entry and exit of foreigners
The State Council has decided to make the following amendments to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Law on the Entry and Exit of Foreigners in People's Republic of China (PRC):
Item (4) of Article 7 is amended as: "Suffering from severe mental illness, infectious tuberculosis or other infectious diseases that may cause great harm to public health;"
This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
The Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Entry and Exit of Foreigners shall be revised accordingly and re-promulgated.
