First, apply for graduation.
Examining the candidates' graduation declaration in June and June 65438+February every year, and the examiner's college will organize the implementation according to the graduation examination procedure. The municipal self-study office shall centralize and unify the examination certificate within the specified time. After the audit is correct, print the list of graduates (in triplicate), which shall be signed, sealed and filed by the municipal self-examination office and the examiners' colleges respectively.
Fourth, get a diploma.
The graduation certificate is issued by the Municipal Self-study Examination Committee, countersigned by the examiner's college, and the candidates themselves go to the examiner's college with the ID card and peony self-study examination certificate cancellation certificate.
After receiving the graduation certificate, candidates who find that their names, gender, ID numbers and declaration contents are incorrect and require correction should apply for correction within the time specified by the Municipal Self-study Office. After the candidate's diploma information is submitted for registration, it will not be changed. If there are any mistakes, the candidates themselves are responsible.
After completing the graduation qualification examination, the Municipal Office of Self-study Examination shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Higher Education Self-study Examination Steering Committee, electronically register the candidates who have passed the graduation examination.
Candidates' graduation certificates can be inquired and authenticated on the information network of higher education self-study examination () and the information network of China higher education students (). For the graduation certificates of self-taught candidates in this city that can't be found on the information network, they can be screened and verified by the self-taught office of Shanghai Education Examinations Institute with the letter of introduction from the unit.
