Changning-Qidong expressway is the southern section of Huarong-Changning expressway (formerly named Lou Heng expressway) and the western section of Chaling-Changning expressway, which is planned by the "seven verticals and nine horizontals" expressway network in Hunan Province. It starts from Wan Qi, Guiyang Town, Qidong, connects with Huachang Expressway, and finally connects with Tang Peng, Changning and Guangxu Expressway (Hunan section is also called Yuelin Expressway).
