Hangjinqu Expressway starts from Hongken Farm in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, connects with Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, and ends in the kiln in Changshan County. It passes through Xiaoshan District, Keqiao District of Shaoxing City, Zhuji City, Golden Zone of Jinhua City, Wucheng District of Jinhua City, Pujiang County, Yiwu City, Lanxi City, Qujiang District of Quzhou City, Kecheng District, Longyou County and Changshan County 12 counties (cities). Hangjinqu expressway is an integral part from Shanghai to Ruili expressway, one of the "five verticals and seven horizontals" national trunk lines in the national planning, and an important part of Zhejiang's cross-century development strategy, with a total length of 290.5 kilometers. It starts from Hongken, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou in the north and is connected with Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, Hangzhou-Nanjing Expressway and Hangzhou Airport Road. It is connected with Jinliwen Expressway and Jinyong Expressway in Jinhua, ending in Yaoshang Village, Changshan County, at the junction of Zhejiang and Jiangxi, and connected with Liyuan-Wenjiazhen Expressway in Jiangxi Province. 12 counties (districts) passing through Hangzhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua and Quzhou. Expressway will be built in two phases. The first phase was put into production on February 28th, 2002, and the second phase was put into production on September 22nd, 2003.

Hangjinqu expressway K0+000-K 10+200 subgrade width is 34.5m (six lanes), and K 10+200-K 10+500 subgrade width is changed from 34.5m to 28m, and K10+.
