(1) The files of graduates who are employed or registered in Luoyang City can be stored in Luoyang Talent Service Center; Otherwise, the archives shall be managed by the county-level talent service organization to which the account belongs.
(two) after receiving the graduate files transmitted by the school, the city talent service center classifies them according to the county where the graduate accounts belong. The archives of graduates who have not gone through the employment formalities are transferred to the county-level talent service institutions where their accounts are located. Graduates can log in to the "Archives Query" module of the "Graduates" column of Luoyang Talent Network to inquire about their archives. If it is not found, it can be handled as follows:
(1) Confirm with the graduation school whether the file has been transferred out of the school;
(2) Continue to log in to the system in time to check the file status.
