After a student goes through the registration formalities for the first time, the school shall collect and enter his/her student status information through the electronic student status system, establish a student status file and apply for a student status number. The competent department of student status shall timely examine and approve the student status through the electronic student status system.

Article 6 Schools shall not establish student status with false information, and shall not establish student status repeatedly. School registration departments and schools should use electronic student status system for duplicate checking. Student status management is based on "affiliation with others". The school does not accept students who have not gone through the transfer formalities according to the regulations. Students with severe disabilities who are unable to enter the school shall be established by the school that undertakes to send them to the school.

Article 9 When a student transfers to another school or studies in the basic education stage, his/her student status file shall be transferred to another school or upgraded to his/her own school, and the electronic file backup and necessary paper file copies shall be kept by the other school or graduation school.
