Why not demolish Xiangfu New Village in Hangzhou?

Hangzhou Xiangfu New Village has been demolished. According to relevant public information, five buildings * * * located at No.5 Sandun Road, Xiangfu New Village, namely 3, 7, 8, 9 and 2 1, have been relocated. Building No.3, Building No.7 and Building No.8 belong to the original self-run houses of Xinhua Group, and Building No.9 and Building No.21are certified state-owned residential houses, which will be relocated in two steps. The resettlement sites of this obstacle clearing project are Guashan Nanyuan and Tang Tang.
