1. Log on to the official website of Hainan Provincial Department of Transportation (www.hnjdctk.gov.cn) and enter the user center.
2. Find the function area for configuring indicators in the user center and click "Application Form".
3. On the application page, there will be a reminder about the validity period. Please read it carefully.
4, indicators are still in the period of validity, the page will display a "confirm the extension" button (usually a yellow button). Click the Confirm Extension button.
5. The system will re-examine the application information on 22nd of that month and review the results.
6. If the application is approved, the validity of the index will be extended for another six months on the original basis.
