I. Overview of the Project
According to the spirit of the documents about "vigorously promoting rural informatization" and "improving rural comprehensive information service system" in the State Council, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education organized a national team of experts on new rural construction and "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and established that the purpose of personnel training for new rural informatization construction is to serve agricultural production, government, scientific research and education, agriculture-related enterprises and new generation farmers. In view of the urgent demand of rural informatization construction, we should make full use of high and new technologies such as Internet technology, Internet of Things technology, control technology, simulation technology, 3S technology, virtual technology and multimedia to develop new rural informatization construction specialty, including multimedia courseware, syllabus, demonstration teaching courses, training materials, network core technology and software. On June 26th, 20 10, the national rural informatization talents training certification education project was officially launched. This project is aimed at colleges and universities across the country to carry out the national rural informatization talent training certification examination, and set up talent training and examination certification for majors such as "three rural" information management, agricultural product management, logistics management, modern agricultural technical service, modern agricultural industrial design and management, and modern agricultural information value-added service, and establish corresponding professional teaching syllabus, teaching plan, teaching materials, software, examination question bank, etc. Together with e-agriculture, rural and farmers' government affairs and e-agriculture, we will build and integrate a set of services suitable for China's national conditions.
Two. organization structure
The NRIT project is managed and implemented by the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education, which consists of a leading group, an expert group and a project office.
1, leading group
The leading group is located in the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education, responsible for policy formulation and project planning, and auditing and supervising the project. Team leader: Xian Liting, director of the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education; deputy team leader: Yu Guangming, deputy director of the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education; Xue, director of the Information Technology Development Department of the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education.
2. Expert Group
In order to ensure the practicality and leadership of the training content, the NRIT project hired well-known experts and professors in the field of Internet of Things technology in China to form an expert group to assist in formulating the training plan and examination outline; Organize China Agricultural University, Beihang University, Wuhan University and other well-known domestic universities, such as senior experts and professors in the field of rural informatization and modern agriculture, and internationally renowned engineers in agriculture-related enterprises to compile training materials, develop teaching courseware, and build a certification examination question bank. By the expert group, training teachers and * * * teaching and research personnel with the design of teaching plans, research teaching methods, choose teaching cases.
3. Project Office
The project office is located in the information technology development department of the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education, with Director Xue as the director and Deputy Director Yu Hong as the deputy director. Professor Xiong Youzhi is the executive director. Sun Fanggang is the director of the project office. The project office is responsible for the examination and approval of the training base, and guides and supervises the operation of the training base.
