In case of any dispute between the two parties on the quality of the project, the evaluation by the local quality supervision station, relevant units and experts shall prevail.
Four, safe and civilized construction requirements:
5. 1 Party B must strictly abide by safety laws, regulations and rules in the whole construction process. All kinds of safety precautions must be implemented on site. Closed construction shall be carried out at the site to ensure the absolute safety of construction personnel and related personnel.
5.2 Party B is responsible for the loading and unloading, orderly stacking and storage of all incoming and outgoing materials. Party B shall designate a special person to receive the incoming materials and turnover tools and keep them properly. 4. Party B must designate a person in charge of the site to be responsible for the management of the construction site and the interface with Party A's project department. The site management personnel designated by Party B shall perform their due management duties during the construction period, and shall not leave the site or make changes without the permission of Party A; However, after a period of running-in, those who are still incompetent should be replaced immediately;
5. Party B shall submit the material plan signed by the project leader to Party A 10 days in advance; Materials entering the site shall be loaded, unloaded, stacked and managed by themselves, and the materials shall be stacked on the construction site according to the unified planning of Party A;
6. Party B shall protect the finished products and semi-finished products in the construction process, and Party B shall fully compensate for the damage to equipment and facilities, fire losses and third party losses caused by Party B's responsibility.
Six, safety accident treatment:
1. In case of heavy casualties and other safety accidents, Party B shall report to Party A in time and handle them according to relevant national laws and administrative regulations.
2. Party B shall pay attention to safety education, safety disclosure and safety self-inspection. All responsibilities shall be borne by Party B for safety accidents caused by Party B's illegal operation and illegal command.
Seven. Contract price and payment method:
1. The total contract price is 3 1 yuan/building square meter. The total price includes labor cost, mechanical cost (Party A provides one electric welding machine, one set of oxyacetylene and gas cutting equipment, one set of toothless saw and saw blade), installation auxiliary materials cost, installation and installation cost, debugging cost, insurance and risk cost, etc. This unit price will no longer be adjusted due to all factors such as design change, quota adjustment and market change.
2. The down payment in this contract is from the main construction of two residential buildings to the completion of concrete pouring on the first floor roof, and Party A pays 80% of the completed project price to Party B; After that, on the 5th of each month, Party A and Party B shall check the output value completed last month and pay Party B 80% of the output value of last month before this month 15. Nine. Dispute resolution:

X. termination of the contract:
The project contracted by Party B has passed the acceptance of Party A, the construction unit and the supervision unit. After the work results are delivered to Party A, both parties have fulfilled all their obligations under this contract, and this contract is terminated.
