Recently, entrusted by the Transportation Department of Jilin Province, the Construction Department of Jilin Province organized a pre-trial meeting on the construction drawing design of Changchun-Shuangliao section of Shen Chang Expressway. Relevant personnel from Comprehensive Planning Department of Jilin Provincial Department of Transportation, Technical Department of Jilin Provincial Department of Transportation, Construction Bureau of Jilin Provincial Department of Transportation, Jilin Provincial Senior Management Bureau, Jilin Provincial High Construction Bureau, Jilin Provincial Transportation Planning and Design Institute and Jilin Provincial Traffic Engineering Cost Management Station attended the meeting. The meeting heard the report of Liaoning Provincial Transportation Planning and Design Institute, a housing design unit. Xi Anlide Highway Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., the construction drawing design review unit of CCCC First Public Hospital, and representatives and experts from the participating departments expressed their opinions respectively. After discussion and research, delegates and experts at the meeting held that the construction drawing design conforms to the relevant national norms and standards, and some design contents need to be supplemented, revised and improved. The improved construction drawing design documents can be used as the construction basis.
Construction of Gaoqing-Guangrao section of Shenchang line of Shandong Expressway officially started on 25th. The project starts from Pengjia Village, Gaoqing, Zibo, connects Binbo Expressway in the west, passes Gaoqing, Boxing and Guangrao, and connects Wurong Expressway in the east, with a total length of 54. 13 km and a total investment of 3.567 billion yuan. It is expected to be basically completed by the end of June 20 17.

The total length of Shen Chang Expressway from Daling to Shuangliao is 1 18.505438+0 km, starting from Daling Town, Gongzhuling City and ending at Dafu Interchange in shuangliao city. The whole line adopts the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, fully enclosed interchange, design speed 120 km/h, asphalt concrete pavement. There are six toll stations in Daling Town, Huaide Town, Qinjiatun Town, Bawu Town, Sangshutai Town and Shuangshan Town, and three service areas in Huaide, Bawu and Shuang Shan. The estimated investment is 5.394 billion yuan, and the construction started on June 365438+1October 3 1 and October 20 15.

The starting point of Kangping section of Shen Chang Expressway is located in Wobao Township, Haizhou, at the junction of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Liaoning Province, and connects with Jinbaotun (Mengji Street) to Charisu (Mengliao Street) section of Changshen Expressway in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The route crosses Malang River from north to south. It passes through Hama Shanxi, Qixiang Wobao East, Yuanjiawobao West, Dongtaiping Street West, Yaotaiping Street East, Liaojihu Canal Crossing, Kangping Prison West, Liuguan Yinzi East, Cuijiawobao West, Housan Didaytime West, Beisijiazi Township West, Longshan West, Housanhebao East, and ends in Dongsanhebao and Shenyang.
Technical difficulties
The Daling-Shuangliao section of Shen Chang Expressway is located in the western plain of Jilin Province, with high horizontal and vertical alignment index and good vehicle speed environment, which is easy to cause drivers' distraction and reduce their alertness, and it is more likely to cause a large speed difference between passenger cars and trucks, especially the low speed of vehicles entering (leaving) in the confluence area, which will form a large speed difference with vehicles driving at high speed on the main line, thus causing traffic accidents. In order to solve this problem, an environment-friendly active prepolymer resin PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) film-forming material was prepared by using the interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) technology. Using surface hydrophobic treatment and high temperature sintering technology, colored anti-skid aggregate with reflective function in rainy night was prepared. An environment-friendly anti-skid reflective color pavement anti-skid coating with high weatherability, low temperature and rapid construction is developed, which is suitable for frozen areas in cold seasons. The research and popularization of this technology will improve the safety design measures of high-index expressways, eliminate potential safety hazards in operation stage and reduce property losses in engineering construction stage.
