First, academic requirements
Have a college degree in engineering cost (or higher vocational education), and have been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management business for 1 year; College degree or higher vocational education in civil engineering, water conservancy, equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, finance and trade, etc., and engaged in engineering cost and project management business for 2 years.
Bachelor degree or above in engineering cost; Bachelor degree or above in engineering, management and economics, and engaged in engineering cost and engineering management business for 1 year.
Second, partial exemption requirements
Those who meet the above registration conditions, have intermediate or above professional titles in engineering (engineering economics) or have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 15 years, and meet the following conditions at the same time, may be exempted from some subjects:
1. To obtain the qualification certificate of the first-class project manager of the construction enterprise issued by the construction administrative department, you can be exempted from the subject of construction management and construction engineering regulations and related knowledge, and only take the subject of professional engineering management and practice 1;
2. Obtaining the qualification certificate of the second-level project manager of the construction enterprise issued by the construction administrative department, you can be exempted from the examination of the construction project management subject, and only take the examination of the construction project regulations and related knowledge and professional project management and practice.
Overview of Grade II Cost Engineer:
1, Introduction
Refers to the professional personnel who have obtained the professional qualification certificates of cost engineers in People's Republic of China (PRC) and China through the independent proposition examination in each province and engaged in the construction project cost work after registration. The state implements a system of access to professional qualifications for cost engineers listed in the national vocational qualification catalogue.
All units engaged in construction, design, construction, cost consultation and other engineering construction activities must be equipped with cost engineers in the post of construction project cost. Cost engineers are divided into first-class cost engineers and second-class cost engineers.
2. Examination subjects
The second-level cost engineer examination consists of two subjects: the basic knowledge of construction project cost management and the practice of measurement and valuation of construction projects. Among them, cost management is a basic discipline, and measurement and valuation is a professional discipline. Professional subjects are divided into four professional categories: civil engineering, traffic engineering, water conservancy engineering and installation engineering.
