Chapter II Enrollment Plan and Professional Admission Requirements
Article 4 The enrollment plan of college entrance examination in our college in 2020 by province and specialty can be found in the enrollment plan manual published by the education examination institutes or admissions offices of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
Article 5 After freshmen enter school, our school only arranges English language classroom teaching. Non-English language candidates please fill in the form carefully.
Article 6 The software engineering (Chinese-foreign cooperation) major requires that the total score of English college entrance examination should be no less than 90.
Article 7 There is no limit to the ratio of male to female in each major.
Article 8 The candidates' physical health status shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation on Printing and Distributing the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J.F. [2003] No.3) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Canceling the Hepatitis B Test in the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J.F. Chapter IV Access Rules
Article 9 The principle of school enrollment: adhere to fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, take the results of the national unified examination for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities as the main basis, comprehensively evaluate and select the best candidates.
Article 10 The admission methods for general liberal arts majors and junior colleges shall be determined by the school according to the regulations of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the situation of students, and the candidates shall be admitted from high scores to low scores on the principle of professional voluntary deployment. In the case of equal scores of candidates, the school will comprehensively consider the achievements and specialties of candidates in related disciplines and select the best candidates.
Eleventh art (art) candidates:
1. Candidates in Fujian Province: According to the regulation of multiple investment in one file, the pre-admission is sorted from high to low according to the comprehensive score, and the comprehensive score = the total score of the college entrance examination (parallel volunteer characteristic score) ×40%+ the provincial art major score ×2.5×60%.
2. Candidates from other provinces: If the provincial art enrollment documents clearly stipulate the calculation method of comprehensive scores (filing scores), they shall be implemented according to the provincial documents; If there is no clear stipulation in the provincial documents, the comprehensive score shall be calculated according to the following formula: comprehensive score = total score of college entrance examination (parallel volunteer characteristic score) ×40%+ provincial unified examination score of fine arts major ×60%.
Chapter V Scholarship Measures
Article 12 The school draws 6% of the tuition fee income according to the state regulations, which is used to reward and subsidize the students in school, and has established a subsidy system of "reward, help, reduction, diligence, delay, supplement and loan".
Thirteenth schools set up various scholarships. Students can apply for "National Scholarship", "National Inspirational Scholarship", College Scholarship, Yuxiang Scholarship and other scholarships to support students with excellent academic performance.
Article 14 Candidates who are formally admitted to our school and included in the unified recruitment plan can enjoy student-origin student loans. The school has grants, and poor students can apply for "national grants" to help students with financial difficulties. Chapter VI Study and Living Expenses
Article 15 1. (2) The tuition fee for the following majors is 23,800 yuan per academic year:
Digital media art, product design, environmental art design, visual communication design.
(3) The tuition fee for software engineering (Sino-foreign cooperation) is 36,000 yuan per academic year.
(4) The tuition fee for the following majors is RMB 1 1800 yuan per academic year:

2. Accommodation fee: 1.400 yuan/person for one school year (including fixed water and electricity fee: 5 kwh per student per month, 2 tons of water).

4. Chapter VII Academic qualifications and degree certificates of graduates
Article 16 According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, graduates have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan with qualified grades and obtained the diploma of full-time ordinary colleges and universities with nationally recognized academic qualifications. The name of the school that issued the certificate is Quanzhou Institute of Information Engineering, and the certificate is registered electronically in the Ministry of Education. Undergraduate graduates who meet the requirements stipulated in the Regulations on the Granting of Academic Degrees may be awarded corresponding bachelor's degrees.
Article 17 Sino-US 4+0 Joint Training Dual-degree Undergraduate Education Project: Software Engineering (Sino-foreign cooperation): Those who have completed four years' studies in Quanzhou Institute of Information Engineering and met the training requirements of China and the United States can simultaneously obtain the undergraduate graduation certificate and the bachelor's degree in engineering issued by Quanzhou Institute of Information Engineering, and the bachelor's degree in science issued by the University of Pennsylvania certified by the Ministry of Education of China.
