Chongqing Hailian Vocal Music Technical College; CAVC) is a private full-time college which is approved by Chongqing Municipal People's Government, put on record by the Ministry of Education, incorporated into the national enrollment plan, and enrolls students nationwide. In 2009, Southwest University of Political Science and Law took over the college and became an investor, organizer and manager of the college.
