Where is the heir certificate opened?

The certificate of heir shall be issued by the neighborhood Committee or village Committee registered before the death of the deceased. To prove the legal heir, the heir needs to show his identity card, household registration book, proof of marital status and decedent to the neighborhood Committee or village Committee where the deceased was registered before his death, and first issue a certificate of kinship. What is the process of property inheritance?

1. The heir cancels the household registration at the police station where the decedent's household registration is located, and handles the death certificate;

3. Bring relevant materials to the real estate registration department for housing transfer registration.
