Matters needing attention of anchor rod puller:

1. When installing the drawing equipment, the jack should be concentric with the anchor rod to avoid eccentric tension.

2. The loading should be uniform, generally increasing at the rate of 10kN per minute. 3 If there is no special need, the destructive test can be omitted, and the loading can be stopped when the drawing reaches the design tension. 4 jack should be fixed firmly, and there are necessary safety protection measures.

Test requirements for anchor puller:

1. For every 300 anchors installed, at least one group (3 anchors) shall be randomly selected. When the design changes or the material changes, another group of pull-out force tests shall be conducted.

2. The average anchoring force or pulling force of the same group of anchors should be greater than or equal to the design value.

3. The anchoring force or pulling force of a single anchor in the same group should not be less than 90% of the design value.
