Personnel information collection mainly includes adding, importing, submitting, obtaining feedback, exporting, expanding query conditions and other operational functions.

1, personnel information registration:

There are two ways to collect personnel information to the client: single addition and batch import. Personnel information collection is divided into domestic personnel and overseas personnel. Take the information collection operation of domestic personnel as an example:

(1) Single addition:

Click Add to enter the Domestic Personnel Information interface, enter basic personnel information, and click Save to add successfully.

Personnel Status: Select Normal or Abnormal. Only those who are in a normal state can fill in the declaration form, and those who resign and no longer receive income from their own units are set as "abnormal".

License type: The license types supported by domestic personnel include resident ID card and China passport; The types of licenses supported by overseas personnel include foreign passports, Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland, and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.

License number: fill in the correct license number according to the selected license type. When registering with a resident ID card, the license number must be the correct 18-digit ID number.

Name: fill in strictly according to the real name on the selected license.

Nationality (Region): for domestic personnel, the nationality is automatically brought out of "China" and cannot be modified; For overseas personnel, just fill in the nationality area on the selected certificate.

Gender and date of birth: if you choose a resident ID card, these two pieces of information will be automatically brought out according to the ID card number information, without filling in; If you use other documents, you need to fill them in manually.

Education level: drop down to select the highest education level that the taxpayer has obtained.

Taxpayer identification number: after the personnel information is successfully collected and submitted, the system automatically generates the unique taxpayer identification number of the taxpayer, and this data item is automatically brought out without filling in.

Whether there are any of the following situations: Check this item, including disability, martyr's family member, and lonely old age. If "Disability" is checked, a disability certificate number is required.

Employees: people who have an employment relationship with the company; Choose yes; Otherwise, select "No". Employees in normal state must declare normal wages and salaries (including zero wage income); Non-employees cannot declare wages and salaries, and truthfully fill in the corresponding income (such as labor remuneration).

Job Title: You can choose "Advanced" or "Ordinary" from the drop-down list according to the facts.

Employment date: the date when the taxpayer joined the employer.

Resignation date: the date when the taxpayer left the company. This item is required when the personnel status changes to "Abnormal".

Work number: fill in the work number or number of the taxpayer in this unit.

Domicile, habitual residence and contact address: Fill in the address information of the taxpayer. After selecting province, city, district and street from the drop-down list, you must fill in the detailed address.

Mobile phone number: fill in the taxpayer's real mobile phone number.

E-mail: Fill in the taxpayer's e-mail.

Deposit Bank: select the deposit bank corresponding to the taxpayer's bank account number.

Bank account number: fill in the bank account number in the taxpayer's own name.

Note: In the personnel information collection table, the items marked with "*" are required, and other non-required items can be selected according to the actual situation.

The business scenario of adding a single employee is suitable for companies with fewer employees. When the company has a large number of employees, it is recommended to use the Excel template batch import function.

(2) batch import:

Click Import → Template Download to download the standard Excel template provided by the client. Fill in the personnel information in the corresponding column of the template, and then click Import → Import File to select an Excel file and import it to the client.

2, personnel information editing:

Editing personnel information refers to modifying and deleting the added personnel. After the personnel information is collected into the system, if there is any error or change in the personnel information, it is necessary to modify or delete the personnel information and re-collect the personnel.

If the person has been submitted successfully, the person information cannot be deleted, but can only be modified; Those that have not been submitted can be deleted and re-collected, or the error information can be directly modified.

(1) personnel information modification:

(a) In case of successful submission, key information (including name, nationality, license type and license number) is modified:

1. License type, license number and nationality: these three information cannot be modified. If the input is wrong, you need to change the personnel status to abnormal and re-collect the correct personnel information.

2. Name: If the authentication status is "Verified", it cannot be modified. Other states are allowed to be modified, so be careful.

(two) in the case of successful submission, modify non-critical information:

1. To modify personnel non-critical information, you can double-click any position of the personnel information record on the personnel information collection page to open the Domestic Personnel Information/Overseas Personnel Information interface and save the information.

2. When it is necessary to modify the non-critical information of multiple people into the same information, after checking multiple people, click More Operations-Batch Modify, select the items to be modified, enter the correct contents, and save.

(2) Delete personnel information:

Only uncommitted ones can be deleted. After checking the personnel, click More Operations → Delete to delete the information.

3, personnel information submitted for verification:

After the personnel information collection is completed, it is necessary to submit the personnel information to the tax authorities for verification, and then obtain the submission results and identity verification results. Only successful personnel can fill in and submit the declaration form.

(1) submitted:

Click Submit, and the client will submit the personnel information in the status of "Pending Submission" to the tax authorities for review.

(2) get feedback:

After the submission is successful, the tax authorities will verify the resident ID card information (the verification of other types of documents will increase one after another), and click Get Feedback to get the verification result of the submitted personnel information.

1. If the authentication status is verified, it means that the identity information of the natural person is consistent with the resident identity registration information of the public security organ.

2. If the status of identity verification is "failed", it means that the identity information of the natural person is inconsistent with the resident identity registration information of the public security organ, and the withholding unit shall verify it. If there are problems after verification, they should be corrected; If the identity information of the natural person is verified to be accurate, the natural person needs to register with the tax service hall.

3. If the authentication status is "being verified", it means that the resident identity registration information of the public security organ has not been obtained. The withholding unit can ignore the result and proceed with the follow-up operation normally.

4. If the authentication status is "temporarily unverified", it means that the tax system has not been connected and interacted with the third-party system and cannot be verified at present. The withholding unit can ignore the result and proceed with the follow-up operation normally.

4, personnel information query:

(1) Extended query criteria:

The query function of the client refers to that when you need to find someone's specific information in the case of a large number of people, click to expand the query conditions and expand the specific query conditions. At this time, the name of the button becomes a collapsed query condition.

You can find the corresponding personnel information through information such as job number, name and license number; You can also filter by authentication status, submission status, disability, employee and update time.

(2) export:

Click < b > Export to select the selected person or all persons, and export the personnel information to an Excel table for viewing.

(3) More operations:

More operations include deletion, batch modification, custom display columns, hiding abnormal personnel, and special case handling functions.

1, delete:

Elected personal information, click Delete to delete personal information.

Select multiple personnel information and click Delete to delete the personnel information in batch.

2. Batch modification:

When multi-person information is the same, it can be modified in batch with one key. It mainly includes: job number, personnel status, employment date, resignation date, education background and bank.

3. Customize the display columns:

In the personnel information collection list, you can customize the information displayed in the list. If you don't need to display the personnel status, you can leave it unchecked.

4. Hide abnormal personnel:

The person with abnormal status will be displayed on the collection interface. When the business operation is no longer performed on this person in the system, you can hide the abnormal (resigned) person through this function. After hiding, this button will change to show abnormal people, and then click it to show abnormal people.

5. Special circumstances:

Includes two functions: adding people and updating names. The function of adding personnel is mainly to add personnel whose certificate type is resident ID card, whose name contains uncommon words or whose resident ID card does not meet the general coding rules of the public security system. Before adding, please ensure that the person has registered with the tax authorities; The name update function is mainly used to update the names of people who have changed in the tax authorities, but it cannot be manually modified in the withholding client.
