Main responsibilities:
The medical security responsibilities of the Municipal Social Insurance Fund Collection Bureau and the medical assistance responsibilities of the Municipal Social Assistance Bureau are included in the municipal medical security service center.
The municipal medical security service center mainly undertakes the municipal medical security handling business, and implements policies such as basic medical insurance, maternity insurance, medical assistance, serious illness insurance, long-term care insurance, retired cadres and medical expenses in disabled soldiers. Responsible for the preparation of fund budget and final accounts, fund collection and coordination, medical security relationship management, relevant treatment approval and payment and fund management.
Responsible for the public service of medical security, the continuous transfer of medical security relations, the settlement of local and off-site medical expenses, and the recording and inquiry of medical security rights and interests; Responsible for the signing and management of the "two fixed" institutional agreements, and the management and implementation of the "three major catalogues"; Responsible for the internal control management and risk prevention and control of medical insurance agencies; Responsible for standardizing medical insurance service behavior, carrying out medical insurance fund evaluation and information disclosure.
Responsible for the city's designated medical institutions, designated retail pharmacies for medical treatment (drug purchase) management, payment scope, payment standards, cost settlement and agreement performance verification, guidance to subordinate agencies and other work.
