New policy: in the central city, if the purchased housing area exceeds 100 square meter (including 100 square meter) and the total price exceeds 500,000 yuan (including 500,000 yuan), in the far city, if the purchased housing area exceeds 90 square meters (including 90 square meters) and the total price exceeds 300,000 yuan (including 300,000 yuan), it can be used.
It is said that the government introduced this policy to prevent foreigners from buying a large number of small and medium-sized houses in Wuhan, which will have an impact on the residents of this city. Second-hand houses are not allowed to enter.
According to the detailed rules, the purchase of housing refers to the legal purchase of the first set of commercial housing and the handling of the Property Ownership Certificate and the State-owned Land Use Certificate by the municipal, district land resources and real estate management departments (excluding non-residential houses such as units raising funds to build houses and affordable housing).
Conditional access to central cities

Wuhan Central City refers to seven central cities, including Jiang 'an District, Jianghan District, Qiaokou District, Hanyang District, Wuchang District, Qingshan District and Hongshan District. Article 3 Application procedures. Anyone who purchases a house to apply for permanent residence in Wuhan shall submit a written application and provide real estate license and land use right certificate; Purchase contract and purchase full invoice; The household registration certificate of the police station where the original household registration is located; Identity card and marriage certificate; Certificate of occupancy issued by the real estate management department at the place where the house is purchased; Opinions of the local police station.
Article 4 Application procedures. The applicant for house purchase shall go to the Household Affairs Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau to receive the Application Form for Migrant Workers to Purchase Permanent Commercial Houses in Wuhan, fill it out truthfully as required, provide the required documents, and the Household Affairs Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau will accept the examination and approval.
