1. Raw water tank

Used to precipitate large particles of sediment and other precipitable substances in water. At the same time, the influence of unstable water pressure in raw water pipeline on water treatment system is buffered. (such as pressure-induced reaction caused by too low or too high water pressure).

2. Raw water pump

The water supply pressure of the system is constant and the water supply is stable.

3. Quartz sand filter

The main purpose is to remove the sediment, rust, colloidal substances, suspended solids and other substances with particles larger than 20μ m contained in raw water. Manual valve control or automatic controller can be used for a series of operations such as backwashing and forward flushing. Ensure the water quality of the equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment.

4. Activated carbon filter.

Mineral water production equipment adopts shell activated carbon filter, which can not only adsorb electrolyte ions, but also carry out ion exchange adsorption. Activated carbon adsorption can also reduce the oxygen consumption (COD) of potassium permanganate from 1.5mg/L(O2) to 2 ~ 7 mg/L (O2). In addition, due to adsorption, the adsorption concentration on the surface increases, so it also plays a catalytic role in removing pigments, odors, a large number of biochemical organics, reducing the residual chlorine value of water and pesticide pollutants, and removing trihalides (THM) in water. Manual valve control or automatic controller can be selected for a series of operations such as backwashing and positive flushing. Ensure the water quality of the equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment. At the same time, the equipment has a self-maintenance system, and the running cost is very low.

5. Safety filter

The security filter is the last filtration system before the raw water enters the ultrafiltration device, which removes the residual suspended solids, non-straight particles and colloids in the influent, making the subsequent equipment such as the ultrafiltration system run more safely and reliably. The filter element is a 5um meltblown filter element, which aims to prevent impurities larger than 5um from being removed from the upper filtering unit. Prevent the membrane from entering the ultrafiltration device and damaging the membrane surface, thus damaging the membrane performance.

In ultrafiltration separation, after a certain pressure is applied to the feed liquid, high molecular substances and colloidal substances are intercepted by the ultrafiltration membrane in three ways: first, they are adsorbed on the membrane surface and micropores, and then they are trapped in the pores and mechanically screened on the membrane surface, while water and low molecular substances pass through the membrane. Mineral water and mineral water equipment can effectively remove colloid, chemical organic matter, heavy metal, bacteria and other macromolecular organic matter in water through ultrafiltration device, and retain beneficial trace elements in water.
