Departmental functions

(four) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the municipal government, responsible for the early development, protection, management and temporary use of the land that has been purchased and reserved and meets the requirements of planning and transfer.
(five) according to the decision of the municipal government, in conjunction with the relevant departments to undertake the financing of the city level land reserve (supply).
(six) responsible for the cost accounting of land acquisition and consolidation and the evaluation and calculation of the price of land to be supplied.
(seven) in accordance with the relevant provisions of finance, responsible for the management of related funds.
(eight) responsible for the supervision of land reserve in the central city and the business guidance of land reserve in other districts, cities and counties.
(nine) according to the decision of the municipal government, undertake the land reserve work of key investment construction projects in the city.
(ten) responsible for coordinating and organizing the investment promotion work of the city's land reserve supply projects.
(eleven) responsible for organizing the formulation of the relocation and resettlement housing construction plan and coordination management.
(twelve) responsible for collecting and sorting out land reserve information, and providing decision-making basis for land reserve, supply and macro-control of the real estate market.
(thirteen) according to the provisions of the municipal government, responsible for the daily work of the office of the leading group for real estate development management, and undertake the relevant duties entrusted by the leading group for real estate development management.
(fourteen) to complete other tasks assigned by the municipal government. [ 1]
