We can consider the way of public cloud to provide professional services at a more affordable price; For well-funded enterprises, price is not the focus of their consideration, and they pay more attention to the quality level of products and services. In order to avoid the influence of unstable bandwidth transmission of public cloud, they mostly use private cloud to build the architecture system, thus ensuring the stable operation of the system.

Thirdly, for data security, for those enterprises that involve important data such as patient privacy and major engineering secrets, in the absence of clear laws and regulations on cloud computing platform security and data security, they may prefer to use private clouds to deploy locally to ensure data security. It should be reminded that the security of cloud computing is related to the data encryption level, while the encryption level is related to the technical level, depending on the specific operation and encryption team algorithm, and is highly positively related to the continuous investment of personnel and technology. So objectively speaking, the annual investment of public cloud providers far exceeds the continuous private cloud security investment of a single customer. In theory, the security level of public cloud is as good as or even better than that of private cloud. Of course, for the above highly important data, the private cloud deployment is superimposed with the physical isolation of the internal and external networks, and the security level is higher and more comprehensive.

Finally, the deployment of private cloud requires the continuous management and maintenance of local equipment, which requires a complete operation and maintenance team. At the same time, due to the loosely coupled flexible calling concept of cloud computing, its business practice is often different from traditional software maintenance. If traditional IT teams don't understand cloud computing and service invocation related to their own enterprises, their operation and maintenance level often can't keep up with the specific business. If you don't have the right team and the company doesn't want to be responsible for the investment in cloud infrastructure, you can adopt a public cloud.
