The passenger guidance system consists of various static guidance signs, including graphics, characters, symbols and numbers, as well as dynamic guidance information released in real time, which are installed at stations, entrances and exits, passages, station halls, platforms and outside vehicles.
(1) static guide sign. According to different basic functions, static guidance signs can be divided into direction signs, warning signs and service signs.
① Direction sign. Directional signs provide passengers with guidance information and positioning information, such as the direction of people leaving, the direction of ticket collection area, transfer direction, train running direction, emergency exit, etc.

(2) Dynamic guidance information. Dynamic guidance information is real-time guidance information, which is a supplement to static guidance signs. According to different media forms, the dynamic guidance information on the station can be divided into visual information and auditory information.
① Visual information. The electronic visual information on the platform provides passengers with information such as train arrival time, destination and emergency.
