1. organizational guarantee: set up a project team authorized by the senior management, and appoint a full-time project manager to co-ordinate specific development matters;
2. Process guarantee: strictly follow the information system development steps of demand research, system design, development and implementation, system testing, system online and system operation and maintenance, and each milestone is reviewed and checked in strict accordance with relevant regulations;
3. Tool support: Advanced methods and scientific management tools can support modern information system development and project management. For the former, the idea of waterfall/iteration/increment/prototype project management can be adopted according to the specific project characteristics, while for the latter, Zen /JIRA and other project management systems can be used for tracking and statistics.
4. Resource guarantee: In order to ensure the progress/quality of information system development, the support of resources is needed. In addition to the support of senior leaders, all relevant business departments/product R&D departments need to invest resources;
Generally speaking, it is certain to plan the development of enterprise management information system according to the above scheme, but the formulation and implementation of any scheme can not be separated from specific people, so my personal opinion is that we must find a reliable project manager, which will make things get twice the result with half the effort!
