(2) How to verify the real name? First of all, enter the real name verification page of personal information center, please read the "operating instructions" on the right side of the page carefully;
Then, check and confirm that the certificate type, certificate number and name information are correct, and click the "Real Name Verification" button below the information, and a prompt for submitting real name verification confirmation will appear;
If the system prompts "Congratulations, you have passed the real name verification", it means that the real name verification has been completed, and you can continue to handle other related businesses.
If the real name verification fails, the system will jump to the description page of the real name verification failure. Please read the contents of this page carefully and complete the relevant operations according to the failure of real name verification.
(3) How to deal with the failure of real-name verification If the verified information is correct, but it still fails to pass the verification, it may be that your identity information has changed recently and the public security system has not been updated in time. You can open the online accreditation service according to the system prompts, update your personal information, and then log in to China Teacher Qualification Network for real-name verification.
You can apply for opening a network certificate through the official application of CTID platform ("Internet" trusted identity authentication platform).
If the online certificate is successfully opened, you can log in to China Teacher Qualification Network to verify your real name again.
(4) The online certificate failed to be opened or the online certificate was successfully opened, but it still failed to pass the real-name verification. Click the "Apply for Manual Verification" button at the bottom of the "China Teacher Qualification Network-Real Name Verification" page that pops up after the real name verification fails, enter the manual verification page, upload ID card photos and other materials and submit them as required, and wait for the manual verification to pass before handling the follow-up business.
The manual audit cycle is long, and the conclusion can only be given within 7 working days. Please plan your business processing time reasonably. While waiting for manual review, submitted information cannot be modified, and real-name verification cannot be performed. Please check carefully before submitting.
(5) Real name verification of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan applicants. Applicants from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can use the residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents valid for 5 years, the travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents for household registration. After supplementary information is needed, their real names can be verified.
If the real name verification fails, you need to apply for manual verification according to the system prompt.
(6) If the personal information of the applicant changes after the real name verification, it shall be handled in the following ways: a. The validity period of the ID card changes:
If the name and ID number remain the same, you can go to the personal information center to modify the validity information of the ID card.
