The plan mainly supports research in the following directions:
1, research on key technologies and future industries facing major national needs, such as decision-making consultation topics in key core technologies, future industries and strategic emerging industries.
2. Research on strategic scientific and technological talents and key scientific and technological talents groups, focusing on supporting decision-making consulting topics around young scientific and technological talents, engineering talents, talents in basic frontier fields and talents in key technical fields.
3. Research on innovation ecology and science and technology governance from a global perspective, including scientific culture, science and technology ethics, innovation ecology and other decision-making consulting topics.
Third, the mode of implementation and the amount of funding.
The plan supports the implementation of the project through a fixed amount, and plans to support 150 people, each with 30,000 yuan. The funds other than the project funds shall be solved by the self-raised funds of the supporting units. The project budget table only prepares the funds of China Association for Science and Technology, and the self-raised funds shall be managed by the supporting units themselves. The funds are used for scientific research expenditures and must be earmarked for special purposes. The research time limit is 6 months from the date of signing the contract task book.
Fourth, the reporting conditions
Applicants need to meet the following conditions:
1, supports the party's line, principles and policies, has a firm political stance, and has a good style of study and professional ethics.
2. Have certain research expertise in the relevant fields of the applied discipline, and have a solid theoretical foundation and a good academic research foundation.
3. The age of the applicant is limited, generally not exceeding a certain age (for example, under 35 years old, women can be relaxed to 40 years old), and I have an intermediate title or above or corresponding academic background.
Each applicant can only apply for one subject in the same year.
5. The research-oriented science and technology think tank has a young talent project, or the project is cancelled within three years, and it is terminated without passing the completion acceptance, and it shall not be declared.

1. The applicant declares through the supporting unit.
2. Application materials: fill in and submit the project application form and situation information form as required. The "Project Declaration" shall be submitted in word version and sealed scanned PDF version. The application materials shall not contain confidential contents.
3. Deadline: May, 2024 10, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.
4. Review and confirmation: The Institute of Innovation Strategy of China Association for Science and Technology is responsible for organizing expert review and giving financial support to the best. The Strategic Development Department of China Association for Science and Technology issued a project initiation notice to the selected project undertaker. The selected project undertaker signed a contract with the Strategic Development Department of China Association for Science and Technology and the Innovation Strategy Research Institute of China Association for Science and Technology. The Institute of Innovation Strategy of China Association for Science and Technology allocates funds and manages the project according to the relevant financial system and project management system of China Association for Science and Technology.
The requirement of intransitive verbs for results
1, each project needs to complete 1 total achievement report and form 1 special report on decision-making consultation and suggestions. The general report of the project should be oriented to service decision-making consultation, focusing on concise problems and countermeasures, with no less than 30 thousand words. The content of the special report should have problems, analysis, data or case support, and put forward targeted and operable policy suggestions to serve the scientific decision-making of the party and the government. The special report is about 3000 words each.
2. China Association for Science and Technology will compile and distribute the research results.
