If the driver's information changes, it shall be filed with the vehicle management office where the driver's license is issued within 30 days.

This regulation is to ensure that the vehicle management department can grasp the latest information of drivers in time, which is convenient for effective management and safety supervision.

First, the range of motor vehicle driver information has changed.

The information change of motor vehicle driver includes but is not limited to name, gender, age, ID number, address, contact information and physical condition. This information is an important basis for the driver management of DMV, so any changes need to be filed in time.

The vehicle management office will review the submitted materials and update the driver information after confirmation.

Third, the consequences of not filing in time.

If the driver fails to record the information changes within the specified time, he may face some adverse consequences. For example, the vehicle management department may not be able to inform the driver of the driver's license verification, replacement and other related matters in time, resulting in the driver missing important time nodes. In addition, if traffic accidents or illegal acts are difficult to deal with due to inconsistent information, drivers may have to bear certain legal responsibilities.
