Third, the consequences of not filing in time.
If the driver fails to record the information changes within the specified time, he may face some adverse consequences. For example, the vehicle management department may not be able to inform the driver of the driver's license verification, replacement and other related matters in time, resulting in the driver missing important time nodes. In addition, if traffic accidents or illegal acts are difficult to deal with due to inconsistent information, drivers may have to bear certain legal responsibilities.

Article 66 provides that:
If a motor vehicle driver is under any of the following circumstances, the vehicle management office shall cancel his motor vehicle driving license:
(1) died;
(2) applying for cancellation;
(3) Loss of capacity for civil conduct, and the guardian applies for cancellation;
(four) physical conditions are not suitable for driving a motor vehicle;
(five) suffering from organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, dizziness, hysteria, paralysis agitans, psychosis, dementia and other nervous system diseases that affect physical activity and hinder safe driving;
(6) Being found driving a motor vehicle after taking or injecting drugs, being in the process of community detoxification, compulsory isolation detoxification and community rehabilitation, or being addicted to psychotropic drugs for a long time;
(seven) more than one year after the validity of the motor vehicle driving license;
(eight) over 70 years of age, and did not submit proof of physical condition within one year after the end of a scoring cycle; Or holding a small automatic passenger car for the disabled, and failing to submit the physical condition certificate within one year after the end of three scoring cycles;
(nine) at the age of 60 or above, the motor vehicle driver's license is only trolley buses or trams, or at the age of 70 or above, and the motor vehicle driver's license is only low-speed trucks, tricycles and wheeled bicycles;
(ten) the motor vehicle driver's license is revoked or the driver's license is revoked according to law.
If the motor vehicle driver's license is not recovered under any of the circumstances from Item 2 to Item 10 of Paragraph 1, the motor vehicle driver's license shall be declared invalid.
In the case of Item 7 of Paragraph 1, if the motor vehicle driver's license has been cancelled for less than two years, the motor vehicle driver may resume his driving qualification after passing the road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge examination.
