According to the data of Ke Rui investment decision-making system around Beijing, in June, the supply area of commercial housing in the province was 5.048 million square meters. Among them, Tangshan1107,000 square meters has the largest supply; Zhangjiakou is 82,000 square meters, the lowest in the province. The sales area of commercial housing in the province is 3.076 million square meters. Among them, Tangshan has 665,000 square meters, the largest in the province; Hengshui is 36,000 square meters, the lowest in the province. The average transaction price of commercial housing in the province 1 144 1 yuan/square meter. Among them, Shijiazhuang 14884 yuan/square meter, the highest in the province; Xingtai 7837 yuan/square meter, the lowest in the province.

In the first half of the year, the number of new listings in the province was about 239,000, which was 26% lower than that in the second half of 20 19 and 39.6% lower than that in the first half of last year.

In terms of cities, Shijiazhuang listed 66,498 new sets in the first half of the year, with the most information. Affected by the epidemic, the activity of the second-hand housing market in cities declined in the first half of the year. Among them, the number of new houses in Shijiazhuang decreased by 35. 1% compared with the second half of last year and by 5 1.4% compared with the first half of last year. The city with the biggest change in house prices in the province is Tangshan, which is 6. 1% higher than that in the second half of last year and 20.4% higher than that in the first half of last year. In addition, the price of Qinhuangdao rose by 10% compared with the first half of last year, the price of Zhangjiakou and Hengshui fell by more than 5%, the price of Cangzhou and Chengde rose by more than 5%, and the prices of other cities were relatively stable.

In the first half of the year, the number of newly listed sets in the province was about 238,000, which was 24.9% lower than that in the second half of 20 19 and1%lower than that in the first half of last year. Compared with the second-hand housing market, the amount of information in the rental market is slightly less affected by the epidemic.

In terms of cities, there are 74,452 new houses in Shijiazhuang, with the largest amount of information, accounting for 3 1% of the newly rented houses in the province. Compared with the first half of last year, the information of newly rented houses in Tangshan, Qinhuangdao, Zhangjiakou and other cities has dropped by more than 30%. Hengshui rental market is an exception, which not only increased by 43.5% compared with the first half of last year, but also decreased by 1.6% compared with the second half of last year.

In the first half of the year, the city with the highest average price of new housing in the province was Shijiazhuang, with an average price of 22.6 yuan/month/square meter, up 5.3% from the second half of 20 19 and up 7.0% from the first half of last year. The rent in Hengshui increased by 14% year-on-year, and the rent in Xingtai and Tangshan also increased by more than 5% year-on-year, with great changes. Although the market supply has declined, the rent level in the province is still relatively stable.
