Psychological counselors who need certificates can engage in psychological related work with a third-class certificate. Generally can be engaged in school psychology, pedagogy and other professional teaching career. They can also do related work in some communities and medical units to help people with psychological problems, or work in clinics to engage in psychological counseling and psychotherapy. And as long as you have passed the second-level psychological certificate, you are eligible to open a psychological counseling room.
