Article 6 Obligations of Party A

3. Ensure that Party B's surveying and mapping geographic information team enters the site smoothly and provide necessary working conditions for Party B's personnel to enter the site.
4. Party A shall ensure that the service fee is paid in full and on time to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
5. During and after the performance of the contract, assume the confidentiality responsibility of the confidential geographic information obtained or known, and sign a confidentiality agreement with Party B. ..
Article 7 Obligations of Party B
1. Within _ _ days from the date of receiving Party A's relevant information, complete the preparation of technical design according to Party A's relevant information and the technical requirements of this contract, and submit it to Party A for approval.
2. Organize the surveying and mapping geographic information team to enter the site for operation within _ _ _ days after receiving Party A's approval opinions on technical design implementation.
3. Party B shall ensure that the surveying and mapping geographic information project is completed on schedule according to the requirements of technical design.
4. Party A is allowed to use the surveying and mapping geographic information provided by Party B to execute this contract.
5. Party B shall, within _ _ working days from the date of signing the contract, submit a copy of its surveying and mapping qualification certificate, technical design of the project and the contract text to the administrative department of surveying and mapping geographic information where the project is located for the record, and pay the surveying and mapping infrastructure fee according to the regulations.
6. According to the relevant national regulations, the GIS project should submit corresponding documents and complete software source code to ensure that the results provided to Party A do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties such as copyright, trademark right and patent right. Be responsible for providing Party A with training on the use, management and maintenance of software and equipment involved in the project.
Eighth surveying and mapping geographic information project subcontracting
If Party B subcontracts the surveying and mapping geographic information project, it must be approved by Party A, and it is a non-main and non-critical project. The subcontracting amount shall not exceed 40% of the total contract amount of surveying and mapping geographic information projects, and the subcontracting price shall not be lower than the production cost of surveying and mapping geographic information subcontracted.
Ninth surveying and mapping geographic information project completion period
All results shall be submitted to Party A for acceptance before _ _ _ _ _ _.
Article 10
Party B shall notify Party A in writing for acceptance within _ _ _ days from the date of completion of the project, and Party A shall organize relevant experts to accept the surveying and mapping geographic information project completed by Party B in accordance with the technical standards and requirements agreed in this contract within _ _ _ _ days from the date of receiving the completion notice, and issue an acceptance report on the surveying and mapping geographic information achievements; If the acceptance is not organized within _ _ days, it shall be deemed as qualified.
If there is any dispute about the quality of the surveying and mapping geographic information results submitted by Party B, Party B shall apply to the provincial surveying and mapping product quality supervision and inspection department where the project is located for inspection. If the inspection result is qualified, the inspection expenses shall be borne by Party A, and the inspection period shall be regarded as the extension of the construction period; If the inspection result is unqualified, the inspection expenses shall be borne by Party B, and the inspection period shall not be regarded as an extension of the construction period.
Article 11 Agreement on Ownership, Use Right and Copyright Ownership of Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information Achievements of Party B
Twelfth surveying and mapping geographic information service fee payment date and method.

Article 14 Party A's liability for breach of contract
1. After the signing of this contract and before Party B enters the site for work, if this contract is terminated due to Party A's work stoppage, Party A has no right to demand the return of the deposit, and pay the service price according to the amount of work actually completed before Party B enters the site for work. If both parties fail to agree on the down payment, Party A shall pay the service price according to the actual amount of work completed, and compensate Party B for other losses caused by the termination of the contract.
2. If Party A fails to provide Party B with necessary working and living conditions after Party B enters the site, resulting in work stoppage, Party A shall pay Party B the work stoppage fee, which shall be calculated according to the average man-day output value agreed in the contract (RMB/day), and the construction period shall be postponed.
3. If Party A fails to pay the service fee to Party B as required, it shall be treated as overdue time:
(1) If the payment is overdue for _ _ _ _ days, Party A shall pay Party B _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _.

4. Article 15 Party B's liability for breach of contract
1. After the signing of this contract, if Party B suspends or terminates this contract without authorization, Party B shall double the deposit of Party A. If both parties fail to agree on the deposit, Party B shall compensate Party A for _ _ _% of the service price paid and return all the service fees paid by Party A in advance.
2. When Party A provides necessary working and living conditions and ensures that the service payment is in place on time, if Party B fails to submit the surveying and mapping geographic information results according to the date stipulated in the contract, it shall be treated as overdue time:

3. If the quality of surveying and mapping geographic information results submitted by Party B is unqualified, Party B shall be responsible for retesting or taking remedial measures for free to meet the quality requirements. If the quality of surveying and mapping geographic information results does not meet the contract requirements (not caused by the drawings provided by Party A), Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused thereby and bear corresponding legal responsibilities (the responsibilities caused by the drawings provided by Party A shall be borne by Party A).
4. Party B has the obligation to keep confidential the drawings and technical data provided by Party A and the surveying and mapping geographic information achievements belonging to Party A, and shall not disclose them to any third party in any form.
