Application process:
1. According to the requirements of these Detailed Rules, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will issue the first (set) certification notice or guide this year, specifying the key support areas, application materials, application process and other contents. In accordance with the principle of territoriality, the applicant shall apply to the municipal competent department of industry and information technology, provide application materials as required, and be responsible for the authenticity, validity, integrity and legality of the materials. Municipalities in charge of industry and information technology to accept the application, carefully examine the application materials of enterprises as required, and put forward recommendations to the Provincial Department of industry and information technology. The municipal departments in charge of industry and information technology are responsible for the preliminary results and suggestions.
2. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology reviews the application materials of enterprises, organizes experts who pass the demand review or entrusts a third-party agency to conduct expert meeting review. Through the expert meeting review, the provincial department of industry and information technology organized experts to conduct on-site verification one by one.
3. According to the evaluation and on-site verification results, the first batch (sets) of certification lists will be determined by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and will be publicized on the Internet for 5 working days. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology shall verify the objection during the publicity period. After publicity without objection or verification does not affect the identification, the provincial department of industry and information technology shall issue a certificate of identification, and issue a certificate of identification to the reporting unit. The first (set) list is valid for 3 years.
