Party B confirms and agrees that all Party A's information is the property of Party A, and the use of Party A's (or its subsidiaries') information or intellectual property rights is not allowed explicitly or implicitly under this contract, unless it is particularly necessary to provide services for Party A during the performance of this contract.

Without the prior written consent of Party A, this Contract or any rights, obligations and other interests of Party B shall not be transferred in whole or in part by Party B according to business or law, change of control right or other means, and any purported transfer shall be null and void. This contract shall be binding on both parties, their successors and permitted assigns, and shall be in line with their interests.
Without the prior written consent of Party A, Party B shall not transfer this contract and any rights, obligations and other benefits of Party B hereunder to others in whole or in part through operation, legal means or other means, and any such intentional transfer shall be null and void. This contract is binding on both parties and beneficial to the interests of both parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
