Medical quality evaluation system

Its main contents include: ① Medical quality evaluation. Based on the parameters such as case type, medical outcome, medical error accident rate, diagnostic coincidence rate, average length of stay and average medical expenses, the comprehensive evaluation index of medical quality is calculated to evaluate the medical quality. ② Evaluation of nursing quality. Taking basic nursing, operation technology, psychological nursing, ward management, filling in nursing forms and implementing rules and regulations as evaluation conditions and specifying weights, a mathematical model was established and evaluated after computer processing. ③ Evaluation of hospital work efficiency. Taking the average bed working days, actual bed utilization rate, average bed turnover times and average hospitalization days of discharged patients as parameters, the weights are specified, and a comprehensive evaluation index is established to evaluate work efficiency. ④ Evaluation of medical staff's work quality. The mathematical model is established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the relative score of each person's job evaluation is calculated by fuzzy matrix.

Medical quality control system

It mainly uses cybernetics and artificial intelligence to scientifically manage medical quality, and has the functions of retrieval, calculation, monitoring, prediction and judgment. At present, it is mainly used in the following three aspects: ① Medical quality control. The main means are computer-aided monitoring and medical expert system, which assists doctors in analyzing and reasoning and puts forward guiding suggestions. Computer-aided medical monitoring projects include: human aging monitoring system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease prediction system, life index prognosis prediction system, noninvasive intracranial pressure monitoring system, human acid-base balance monitoring system, blood rheology JB value measurement system of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and prognosis judgment system of chronic renal failure. ② Medical quality control. Computer-aided drug monitoring projects include: drug interaction detection system, drug metabolism dynamics monitoring system, drug microscopic inspection monitoring system and so on. ③ Quality control of clinical examination. At present, computer-aided testing is mainly used for quality control of routine blood tests and biochemical tests.
